As Australia’s first and only uni restaurant, The Roe Australia enlisted littleBIG agency to build brand awareness, amplify its unique offering, and position it as a leader in luxury dining, sustainable seafood, and export excellence.

The Roe combines a premium dining experience with environmental impact - helping restore kelp forests by removing invasive sea urchins.

Alongside the 100-seat restaurant, The Roe operates a state-of-the-art processing facility, exporting uni across Asia and beyond.

Therefore, littleBIG created a dedicated PR and influencer campaign to introduce The Roe’s story to media, trade and consumers through storytelling, hosted experiences, influencer engagement, and seasonal / new product pushes.

Highlights included: a media lunch event which proved highly successful in securing Tier 1 media engagement, resulting in a feature story in The Age, and a suite of contra / gifted influencer collaborations which delivered strong engagement and reach.

As a result, the campaign delivered a strong outcome and ROI, sharing The Roe’s purpose-driven ethos far and wide.
