RACT approached littleBIG with a brief to maximise its paid digital marketing efforts. With a complex suite of products, compliance requirements and ever-evolving, differing audiences and user journeys, ensuring a comprehensive and effective paid digital program is not straightforward.

RACT also required fresh, nimble, solutions-focused digital design that plays within its brand rules.
We undertook a comprehensive audit to fully understand the martech capabilities and requirements of the organisation, implementing best practice tagging and tracking within the website and created a robust adtech ecosystem including Google Marketing Platform with DV360, Campaign Manager, and SA 360, streamlining their processes for better media buying efficiency.

In just six months, we focused on establishing a strong foundation and executing campaigns efficiently. Our efforts have saved RACT time and money while improving their media buying structures and campaign performance.

We’ve seen improved digital conversion rates and CPCs over the journey so far. Some Meta campaigns have achieved 5-65% improvement in conversion compared to previous campaigns.
