Closet Raid is the latest designer marketplace providing fashionistas of Australia with designer items at a fraction of the designer cost. The online platform allows users to rent, buy, lend or sell their unwanted items to ladies living Australia wide.
We worked with Closet Raid on a social campaign, with the aim of increasing awareness of the service in Melbourne and the wider Australian community.
As part of this campaign, we rolled out all Instagram and Facebook strategy and implementation for Closet Raid. This includes: production and implementation of social media content; engagement and audience growth strategies; ongoing research, analysis, design, management and optimisation of Facebook advertising; and community management.
Since our engagement, the Closet Raid social audience grew over 6,000, with Closet Raid content appearing in over 150,000 Instagram and Facebook feeds. During this time we maintained an average engagement level of 2% across both social platforms, peaking at 3.1% in September!
