Working on Wurundjeri land
Any business or organisation in the food, drink or tourism realm with a budget of at least $10K* for their marketing brief.
The brief could be:
– creating and/or executing a holistic marketing strategy
– creating a brand or rebranding
– designing marketing materials, packaging, signage, etc.
– advertising strategy, planning, booking and/or creative across digital, OOH, print and TV
– digital marketing including paid digital, organic socials, eDMs, website content and/OR SEO
– public relations including events, activations, media and influencer engagement, sampling, collaborations etc.
*Sometimes our services are delivered below this budget in the context of other work.
Our clients tend to fall into three budget categories:
$150-300K p/a fee investment – typically utilising more than one of our services with an always-on engagement, plus campaigns/other additional activity from time to time. Often these clients have multiple brands/product categories requiring attention.
$50-150K p/a fee investment – this might be for one or two major multi-channel campaigns or an always on PR or digital retainer
$10-50K p/a fee investment – typically a one-off project such as strategy, branding, campaign concept and design, short-term digital or PR project/s, or a lower level digital or design retainer
It’s important to also consider out-of-pocket expenses like adspend, event costs, printing/production, photography/videography etc.
Our suggestion is that you provide littleBIG with a total budget at the time of briefing or requesting a proposal so we can recommend the best approach, all costs considered.
No!
The bulk of our work has been in food, drink and tourism for many years so we’re extremely experienced in those areas. As such our efficiency and effectiveness in those industries is unmatched.
That said, we have done great work in many other industries, and have had a great time doing it. We weigh up our suitability for the brief on a case-by-case basis.
If you like our vibe, we’d love to hear from you, and we’ll tell you honestly if we think we’d be a great fit or not.
Yes, we love collaborating.
While we’re a full service agency, many clients have established relationships in place across certain services, and we operate as their “PR agency”, “Digital Agency” or “Creative Agency” only.
For other clients we handle multiple or all services.
There’s no one-size-fits-all answer to this however all effective PR campaigns need a genuinely attention-grabbing and interesting focal point.
A new product/business alone does not always tick this box. But all is not lost! In this case, we work with you to create a newsworthy happening/hook/angle/collaboration to draw attention to your product/business. Or we propose another marketing tactic that will produce a better ROI.
A PR campaign may incorporate media relations, influencer engagement, events/activations, sampling, collaborations and other below-the-line (not advertising) activities.
We offer PR Projects and Retainers. Projects are one-off bursts of PR activity (typically 2-4 months in duration) – say a launch or event-based campaign. Retainers are ongoing arrangements with monthly billing and planning/review cycles suitable for clients with lots of ongoing new news such as retail/cellar door/other IRL happenings, events and collaborations, interesting new product launches, people doing newsworthy things, etc.
There are many sub-services in the Digital Marketing industry. We offer the following:
Holistic strategy (organic and paid)
Paid digital strategy, creative and execution – all platforms
Organic content production, publishing, community management – social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn), email marketing and web content
SEO
Web design and development (straight-forward Shopify, WordPress and Squarespace sites only)
How do we do all this? Our Head of Digital has access to a wide variety of paid digital and SEO specialists and developers who we deploy on a bespoke, client-by-client basis. He works with them to set the strategy and they work their specialist magic. You get the ease of working directly with our Digital Lead who handles all project management.
Our Creative Director and creative team produce 100s of pieces of digital content weekly – they work closely with our Digital and Content teams to produce ROI-driven content and based on learnings from your campaigns along with our many years of experience.
Our Content people are also PR people – their bread and butter is crafting stories that attract attention and engagement. They plan and produce organic content, working closely with the Creative and Digital teams to continually optimise content for success.
They all work together to make websites that work.
See how all the pieces fit together? An integrated approach and understanding is incredibly powerful in digital.
Clients use one, some or all of our digital services.
