Portobello is an established luxury jewellery store in Camberwell, Melbourne that has been operating for over 40 years. Owners Sundeep and Payal also run their own jewellery, wholesale and retail business as well as an online store which offers unique, customisable jewellery.
Portobello engaged with littleBIG to deliver a 6-week social media and influencer campaign with the aim to increase their Instagram following by 2,000 and engage with social media influencers to create beautiful content featuring Portobello jewellery.
littleBIG developed a social media content plan utilising key content pillars to ensure consistent, visually appealing images were used throughout. A hashtag library was developed and littleBIG conducted strategic audience outreach daily. Portobello’s Instagram following increased by 7,711.54% and their Instagram engagement rate now sits between 5% and 6% (double the industry average).
littleBIG also built relationships and facilitated agreements with a variety of influencers in the fashion and lifestyle space to work with and promote Portobello Jewellery via their own Instagram accounts, further adding to the ultimate objective of brand awareness.
